We are trade mark attorneys, one of the regulated legal professions now governed in the UK by the Legal Services Act 2007, along with barristers, solicitors, notaries, patent attorneys, legal executives and licensed conveyancers.
We deal particularly with trade mark registration authorities and appeals tribunals. We act in all kinds of matters relating to trade marks and designs, including searching, registration, renewal, licensing, assignments or other transfers of rights, cancellations, infringements and passing-off. We also manage domain name portfolios and act for our clients in domain name arbitrations and proceedings in the Company Names Tribunal.
