Our Fees
We have a number of standard charges for work of a mainly administrative or procedural nature, for example, filing a trade mark application or obtaining an extension of the official term for possible opposition. A guideline tariff in £Sterling or US$ is available on request.
When we are advising in detail as to the course of action to be taken, or dealing with more complex matters such as evidence or an official decision, we charge on the basis of time spent. Depending on the nature of the work our hourly rates range from £150 to £300.
Some services are provided without charge, such as allowing our clients secure on-line access to our database of their pending trade mark applications and registrations.
